5Great product, Installation Instructions a Little Sketchy
By Christian Hauck
There is no way to safely operate a Rhino without eye protection at speeds over ten miles per hour, due to bugs and other airborne debris flying in the faces of passengers. We haven't found a practical way to protect our grandchildren with glasses or goggles, so the windshield is a must. In hot weather, a full-coverage windshield without a kick-out feature is also essential, not only for comfort, but to preserve the "off road" experience. My research led me to believe that this product is the best solution for the money.

I found the construction and quality to be well above my high expectations, but had to do a double-take on some of the installation instructions, including correcting a miscue where I installed both Lexan panels backwards because there is no description or clear picture showing which way the curved edges are supposed to go. Not a big problem to correct, since it can be done without having to remove the brackets on the ROP structure. I was surpr ised at the recommendation for the employment a torque wrench that is calibrated down to the 5 foot-pound value specified for most fasteners, but am confident that my installation without one worked fine (there is a description of how to tell when the approximate torque value has been achieved).

If you have a Rhino and care about your eyes, you need one of these Koplin Windshields!

5Just what I needed
By bob martin
This is the 4th windshield for my 06 Rhino, I'm hard on them, so I needed a unit that would hold up to no only brush and rough terrain but the Rhino being hauled on the road at 70 mph. The Koplin seems to handle all of this just fine.
Got the unit on time. packaging was great, no problem. The unit fit right on with no problems. Took me about an hour to install by myself, but it would have been much easier with two sets of hands. The windshield works great. It will adjust to let more or less air in the cab as needed, very easily. I have no complaints with this purchase.

3INSTALLATION AND DIRECTIONS
By Hugh Duff
THE DIRECTIONS WERE AWFUL. I AM VERY MECHANICAL AND AFTER FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS I HAD INSTALLED IT BACKWARDS. 30 MIN. LATER IT WAS RIGHT. WINDSHIELD RATTLED SO BAD I HAD TO FABRICATE A BRACE AT THE MIDDLE. WENT ON 100 MILE RIDE AND ALL WAS GOOD. DONT KNOW WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED WITH OUT THAT BRACE. ANOTHER THING WAS REMOVING THE PROTECTIVE FILM FROM THE LOWER WINDSHIELD. IT LEFT A STICKY RESIDUE THAT I COULD NOT REMOVE.I TRIED 6 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS WITH NO LUCK.
